Working in collaboration with COMO Interiors, our project in Moorgate, London, was a CAT B fit out of an existing office space on the 2nd Floor of a ten storey building for client Gilboa Holdings. Our delivery focussed upon the full design and installation of a feature ceilings as a show piece to the expected roll out of a full upgrade to all ten floors of this 1960’s office, on Chiswell Street, within the City of London.

Working alongside our supply chain partners the Seventwoseven Design Team and Armstrong Ceilings, we delivered bespoke perforated metal pan ceiling tiles on a concealed demountable j bar suspension system within a grid of feature plasterboard bulkheads. This design created a contemporary, seamless, appearance within the new open plan office. The result incorporated an integrated lighting services solution within the ceiling which due to our unique design solution provided a fully accessible ceiling allowing unobstructed access to the services above the ceiling for future maintenance, whilst providing the clean lines the client and his architect had set from the conception stage of the scheme .

The overall effect of our solution has been so well received by the client and the COMO management team that we have been instructed to undertake ceiling fit out works to another 3 levels, using the same design solution, commencing in early June . We have also negotiated a complete refurbishment of the ground floor entrance way and basement level, re aligning the existing ceiling level of the ground floor entranceway to offer the tenants a welcoming, stylish reception, with superb aesthetics and a welcoming environment to carry out their various business operations.

CG Reynolds are proud to have delivered the first phase of the Chiswell Street scheme on time and within budget, We are also very excited to be involved in the next stage of the development, adding this scheme to our growing portfolio of office fit out works in the capital over the last 18 months, establishing our London office as key to our business strategy.
